Isabel and Andrew Blake contacted me about having this nice photo printed onto canvas. It was taken on their wedding/honeymoon down in Queenstown last year. She wanted the whole of the image captured on the front of the canvas so I extended the edges, with a semi mirror image effetc.

The mounted canvas measured 710mm x 530mm and looked great.

Angela, a regular customer, wanted a sequence of action photos made into a canvas printed montage. She had a series of photos of her husband racing on his mountain bike. We discussed the best photos to put onto canvas and did this three series piece.

Troy Packer emailed me about having these two art works printed onto canvas. Situated in the Bay of Islands, New Zealand, Troy is an up and coming artist. One of his works titled “Little Taniwhas” won first place in the Northland 2010 Yellow Art Awards and is now displayed on the Northland telephone directory. He also took out the national title in the same competition.

Troy was looking for a quality printer to do his work and was very happy with the final prints of these two works. More of his work can be seen on his website www.troypacker.co.nz

Montage Photo Onto Canvas
Michelle was recommended to come and see me about printing photos onto canvas. She’d had this wonderful photo montage prepared by a graphic designer whom then got Michelle to see me. It’s a series of pictures taken while on vacation in Cyprus and Serbia. We decided to slightly enlarge the canvas so it had a white border surrounding it.

Measuring 460mm x 365mm Michelle took advantage of my winter promotion special, and got it all done for an excellent price. The print came out looking wonderful and Michelle was thrilled with the result.

Paula came to see me about having four photos put onto canvas. They were photos taken of where she grew up on the Northland west coast at Omapere.

We disussed what sort of layout would look best, ending up with this simple but effective vertical canvas, with the photos printed in black and white. It measured 620mm x 250mm size and will be going overseas to her cousin as a gift. The photos consist of the Omapare destination, view from their bach, the bach itself and the family ancestral burial ground and home mountain behind.

I created this canvas panorama print of the Whananaki Estuary and surrounds for some locals whom have a love for the area. Situated 40 minutes drive North East of Whangarei, Northland, New Zealand, Whananaki is a great place to stay for holidays, fishing, sailing, swimming and general relaxing lifestyle. This photo was taken just after new years 2010 and shows the area suffering from the onset of drought conditions.

I shot this panorama overlooking Whananaki with my 70-200mm zoom lense. Comprising 20 photos stitched together, a huge amount of detail is visible in the photo. This originally equated to a 100 megapixel equivalent image. The photo was put onto a 1600mm wide x 260mm mounted canvas. The photo itself measures 1500mm x 145mm. The photo inset shows the sort of detail present in the image.

This canvas print is available for sale to anyone with a passion for Whananaki for scenic panorama prints.
