Sue Shepherd from the Whangarei Camera Club called in to see me about having this and another safari photo printed onto canvas in black and white. Sue had prepared the image with the styilised border. These were printed 19inces (475mm) wide. Sue loved the look of the prints and the true neutral black and whites. One canvas print is to be donated towards fundraising for Northland Hockey Black Stick Representatives at the coming London Olympics. For more canvas printing information click Here
It’s been a busy couple of weeks. The photo work has been flowing out the door with barely time to update the blog.
It’s been especially busy with canvas prints – a few late nights getting the large work flow completed, before the next batch has to be done. Not many individual photos to show, what with privacy to keep in mind, but here’s a pic of nine prints ready to be picked up for a local gallery to go on display. Still time for orders to be completed if made before the weekend! Local orders I can still accept up to and including Tuesday.
It’s only weeks now to Christmas, so get those orders in for a high quality canvas print. Any A3 mounted print or larger size has a 20% discount off the usual price. Enquire about other deals we can do for you!
Loren from Wellington sent me this photo of the Tararuas, taken with the Hutt River, to be mounted onto a gallery wrapped canvas. Loren had used my services before so was looking forward to having this print made. We talked ablout sizing, with regards to resolution of the image and ended up deciding on an 800mm x 400mm size.
When Loren received the canvas she replied:
“OMG my canvas print is fantastic!! I am so pleased with it! It has given me some inspiration to take some more photos that I have been meaning to do!! I want to do a night scene of Wellington harbour, with all the lights etc…a bit corny and everyone else has done it but I want my own one!!
Thanks heaps, really love it!! Will be in touch with my next masterpiece!!”
